Poll Worker Application

      Instructions:

1. Fill out application completely.
2. Download and save application.
3. Click the email address at the bottom of your application, or type pollworker@sdcounty.ca.gov into email address field.
4. Attach application to email.
5. Type your name "Last, First" into Subject line.
6. Click "Send".
